Customer Solutions Representative

$650 Weekly Base Pay + Commission | Full-Time | In-Person Position

North Charleston, SC 29420

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Customer Solutions Representatives. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with a company that partners with a reputable automotive glass repair and replacement provider serving customers throughout the North Charleston area.

What You'll Do

Assist customers with windshield repair and replacement service options
Educate vehicle owners about available services and help them begin the insurance claim process when applicable
Build positive relationships with customers through professional, friendly interactions
Schedule appointments and coordinate customer service requests
Answer questions regarding services, warranties, scheduling, and coverage options
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed appointments
Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Meet individual and team performance goals while delivering exceptional service

Compensation & Benefits

$650 weekly base pay plus uncapped commission

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or automotive experience is helpful but not required
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED
