Customer Success Associate Key Duties
- Interact directly with residents to pitch and sell Lumen fiber-optic products.
- Act as the primary point of contact to close sales through direct engagement.
- Drive daily revenue goals by matching community members with internet packages.
- Consult with clients to identify and solve unique connectivity needs.
- Build genuine rapport to turn one-time sales into long-term accounts.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Lumen over local competitors.
- Focus on client satisfaction metrics to ensure every sale is built on trust.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline while contributing to team success.
