Job Description

Customer Success Program Manager

Description -

Job Summary

Are you passionate about technology and motivated by working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment that combines the innovation of an emerging program with the scale, solutions, and global reach of a world‑class technology company like HP?

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and operationalize a strategic co‑development partnership with one of the world’s top technology companies. This role coordinates across internal teams and partner organizations to support the initial commercialization of an advanced semiconductor incubation. The Program Manager ensures shared objectives, aligned timelines, structured communication, proactive risk management, and successful delivery of current and future products.

This role operates at the intersection of program execution, cross‑organizational coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The Program Manager serves as a central point of connection between organizations—driving alignment, tracking progress, surfacing risks and dependencies, and supporting teams in meeting commitments with quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day program and project coordination between the company and partner organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering frequent, clear, and transparent communication with partner and internal teams.
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate shared objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for joint initiatives.
  • Monitor progress against plans, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, or blockers and escalating issues early and appropriately.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional contributions (including engineering, product, design, legal, marketing, and operations) to support effective execution.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues and disagreements, ensuring decisions are clearly documented and communicated.

Revised Education & Experience (Inclusive Version)

  • Typically 10+ years of experience in program or project management within technology, product development, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑organizational initiatives, including work with external partners or large enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to align and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills, with comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience tracking, reporting, escalating, and resolving issues in a structured and proactive manner.
  • Ability to operate effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments and to introduce clarity and structure as needed.
  • Advanced degree (such as engineering or MBA) is a strong plus, or equivalent practical experience.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
