Our client located in Fitzwilliam, NH is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join their team!Your qualifications for the Customer Support Assistant position are as follows:

1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales support, customer service, or order management; experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus
Experience creating quotes, estimates, and sales orders
Computer proficiency including accurate data entry skills, MS Office, QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and Method CRM (or ability to learn Method)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Benefits you will receive as the Customer Support Assistant:

$22-$26/hour, depending on experience
Temp-to-hire opportunity

For the Customer Support Assistant position your duties will include:

Create estimates and quotes, convert into sales orders, and manage order information
Coordinate packaging and shipment of sample kits and materials
Assist team with sales and related follow-up activities
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Other tasks as assigned
