Based in Washington, D.C., Quorum is the leading provider of workflow software and information services for government affairs professionals globally. We serve over 2,000 customers-including over 50% of the Fortune 100-across 30+ countries.
At Quorum, our "product" isn't just our software; it's our people. We are looking for a 100% remote Customer Support Associate who is passionate about helping users succeed. This isn't just a "help desk" role-it's an opportunity to be a staunch advocate for our clients and a key player in a dynamic, AI-forward support team.
The Impact You'll Have
As a member of the Support Team, you ensure that every user has an amazing experience with Quorum. You won't just answer questions; you'll teach users how to launch grassroots campaigns, track legislation, and manage stakeholder engagement effectively.
Your Journey at Quorum
First Week: You'll dive into the Quorum platform, learn common use cases, and meet your global teammates.
First Month: You'll start providing direct support to clients while continuing to develop deep product expertise.
First Six Months: You will take point on helping people understand "the why" behind our features through direct interactions and self-service offerings.
First Year: You'll build out the future of our Help Center, designing product guides and working with the Product team to optimize usability.
About You
Experience: You have a background in a customer service or help desk environment, ideally supporting SaaS products via email, chat, and Slack.
Tech-Forward: You've used ticketing solutions like Jira, Zendesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud and are excited to use AI to work smarter, not harder.
Communication: You are fluent in English and can turn a complex technical problem into a simple, helpful solution for a client.
The "Advocate" Mentality: You take pride in developing personal relationships with users and are dedicated to addressing challenges quickly and creatively.
