Customer Support & Production/Warehouse Associate
Location: Scottsdale, AZEmployment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Pure Choice Apparel is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Customer Support & Production/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service with day-to-day production and warehouse responsibilities.
The right person will be comfortable communicating with customers, solving problems, keeping orders organized, and jumping in wherever the team needs help. This is not a traditional desk-only customer service position. You will spend time both at a computer and on the production/warehouse floor.
Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Help customers with order status, product questions, shipping issues, and general support
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Communicate with production and fulfillment teams to resolve order problems
- Track and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
Production Support
- Assist with apparel production, including screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and other processes
- Prepare garments and materials for production
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Fold, sort, count, label, and package finished apparel
- Assist production team members with daily jobs and deadlines
Warehouse & Fulfillment
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Receive and organize inventory
- Pull blanks and materials for production
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized
- Prepare shipments and shipping materials
- Assist with loading and moving boxes and inventory
- Help with inventory counts and organization
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to do whatever is needed to help the team
- Comfortable working both at a computer and on your feet
- Able to lift and move boxes and inventory
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Previous customer service, warehouse, fulfillment, or apparel experience is a plus
- Previous experience with Shopify, ShipStation, Printavo, or similar systems is a plus
