- Provide front-line customer support by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding insurance policies and coverage
- Maintain and update client records in agency management systems to ensure data integrity
- Assist agents with administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence
- Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
- Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation, payments, and policy renewals
- Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and professional client experience
- Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or insurance support role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Texas Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license is a plus (or willingness to obtain with Agency sponsorship)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding client service
