A day in the life…

Wondering what a day in the life of Customer Service Supervisor at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

  • Functions as staff while coordinating daily operations of the clinic.
  • Collaborates with the Operations Director in interviewing, hiring and disciplining staff.
  • Directs the work of staff level employees within the clinic and provides input to the Operations Director regarding employee work performance.
  • Promotes a positive, professional image of the clinic and The Iowa Clinic, P.C. internally and externally.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
