Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the cut fruit department.
• Ensure all cut fruit is prepared, packaged, and displayed according to company standards for quality and presentation.
• Train and mentor team members on food safety practices and proper cutting techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and manage waste effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and address any inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the preparation area and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Implement promotional displays and strategies to enhance sales of cut fruit products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a grocery or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fruit preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
