Job Description

A hospital in Winchester, VA is seeking a CVOR CST Tech to join its cardiovascular operating room team.The role. This position supports cardiovascular surgical procedures in the OR, including open-heart and vascular cases. The CST Tech is responsible for scrubbing in on procedures, anticipating surgeon needs, and maintaining sterile field integrity throughout complex cardiac surgeries.What we're looking for.• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required• CVOR experience requiredCompensation. $28.00 - $35.00/hr. $15,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance: $5k (50-300 Miles), $7,500 (300+). Shift differentials: $2.75 Evening - $3.25 Nights - $2.50 Wknd Day - $4.00 Wknd Evening - $4.50 Wknd Night.
