  • Shift: Day 8-Hour (06:45 - 15:15) / Mid 8-Hour (14:45 - 23:15)

  • Employment Type: Contract
  • License/Certifications: NBSTSA or NCCT Certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) required
  • Experience: 1+ year of CVOR experience preferred; first-timers accepted

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in cardiac and vascular surgeries, including CABG, heart transplants, TAVR, EVAR, and more
  • Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile environments during procedures
  • Support surgical team with instrumentation and patient positionings
  • Ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment and devices
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to deliver quality patient care
  • Maintain detailed documentation and assist in post-operative care when necessary
What You NeedRequired:
  • Certification from NBSTSA or NCCT
  • BLS certification
  • 1+ year experience in CVOR or equivalent surgical environment
Preferred:
  • Experience with complex cardiac and vascular cases
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends as needed
About the AssignmentJoin a dynamic, innovative team dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular and vascular surgical services. This assignment offers the opportunity to work within a Magnet-recognized, teaching, Level III Trauma facility with 672 beds, providing a variety of complex cases in a supportive environment.
