Join Our Team as a CVOR Tech Surgical ServicesAre you a skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technician passionate about delivering exceptional surgical support? We are seeking a dedicated CVOR Tech to join a dynamic surgical team, providing essential assistance in a high-volume operating room that handles a variety of surgical specialties. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care excellence while advancing your professional career.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiovascular surgeries within a busy 13-room OR environment, excluding transplant procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment including two Xi DaVinci Robots.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
• Float to general OR cases as needed; flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR scrub experience.
• Current BCLS and NBSTSA certification.
• Proficiency in scrub techniques specific to cardiovascular surgeries.
• Ability to operate advanced surgical equipment including robotic systems.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with diverse surgical specialties.
• Prior experience floating within various perioperative departments.
• Familiarity with digital health records and surgical documentation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• Educational background in surgical technology or related field.
• Previous experience in a high-volume or academic surgical setting.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts, from 07:00 to 19:30.
• Ability to float to general OR cases; must confirm willingness.
• Valid licensure and certifications required; travel and additional reimbursements when applicable.
