This is your opportunity to partner with a respected healthcare organization, providing top-tier care in a dynamic setting, while enhancing your professional growth.What You’ll Do: As a CVOR Tech, you will assist during complex cardiovascular and thoracic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and surgical precision. Your expertise will support surgeons and the surgical team in a variety of advanced cases, including heart and lung transplants, valve replacements, EVAR, TAVR, and more. You will play a vital role in preparing surgical equipment, managing pump lines, and maintaining sterile and operative environments throughout procedures on a 3x12 shift schedule.Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or similar high-acuity setting
• Proven experience with vascular, thoracic, and complex cardiac surgeries (e.g., CABG, Valve Replacement, TEVAR, TAVR, VAD, Heart & Lung Transplant)
• Skilled in receiving pump lines from perfusion, preparing for cannulation, and handling advanced surgical equipment
• Certifications: BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) and NBSTSA (National Board for Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with availability for call coverage (90-120 hours over 6 weeks)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with robotic-assisted cardiac surgeries and transcatheter procedures
• Familiarity with surgical case management involving pericardial windows, thoracic repairs, and endovascular techniques
• Prior exposure to hospital trauma settings or advanced perfusion support

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Surgical Technologist ( CST) or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of CVOR experience in a Level 1 Trauma or comparable environment

Other Requirements:

• Valid licensure, certification, and compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
• Willingness to work the specified 3x12 day shift (06:30 - 19:00, Fri-Sun)
• Ability to participate in required call schedule (90-120 hours in 6 weeks)
• Travel reimbursement, licensure, certification, and other relevant expenses covered when applicable
