The Global Head of Transformation embodies the business model transformation from on organizational perspective and ensures the associated change of the operating model in close liaise with the Global and Local Business Leaders.

S/He has the objective to make the organization fitter so as to sustain the effort over the longer term.

Mission & Responsibilities

Manage change and operate model transformation
Interplay closely with the management team
Embody the direction the company is taking
Implement and support the target organization and people
Deliver process improvement in the shape of implementing innovative operational solutions to the business
Be responsible for ensuring that the full bottom-line target gets delivered
Make sure line managers themselves take responsibility for change
Ensure line managers deliver results quickly and with suitably high ambition

Qualifications & Languages

Master's degree in Business or Marketing
Languages: English (Fluent)

Previous experience & Industry background

15+ years of experience in advertising, media or marketing
Media, Data, Brand, Consultancy
