Client seeks a Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive execution of strategic cybersecurity projects in support of one or more key control areas: Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Authentication and Authorization (IAA), and Data Protection (DP). This role is accountable for successful project delivery of highly visible, mission-critical projects.Job Description

• Lead global teams of technical and non-technical employees and consultants
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define expected project benefits and outcomes
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Develop project schedules including effort estimates, task sequences, and assignments
• Lead resolution of conflicts or escalations
• Create and submit accurate project/program status reports
• Establish and maintain project artifact repository; ensure quality and adherence to internal software delivery methodology
• Develop project charters and communication plans
• Facilitate engagement with cross-impacted technology and business stakeholders
• Resolve complex problems through critical thinking
• Define and document project scope; ensure alignment to objectives and goals
• Perform project change control procedures for scope, resources, and financials
• Ensure adherence to technology Change Management requirements
• Develop and manage project capital and expense budgets
• Prepare and submit timely monthly forecasts (Clarity PPM)
• Analyze and manage monthly budget variance
• Optimize spend for assigned projects
• Participate in annual budget planning
