Your Key Responsibilities

Assist Czech-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online payment solutions.
Promptly resolve client issues associated with payment processing.

Collaborate with technical teams to tackle complex client issues.

Requirements

Fluency in Czech and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
