Hiring: D Licensed Security Post Captain

Location: Aventura, FLPay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Post Captain to oversee security operations at a premier property in Aventura. If you have strong leadership skills, security experience, and a commitment to exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Position Summary

The Post Captain is responsible for supervising on-site security personnel, ensuring proper staffing, maintaining operational standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for the client and security team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead security officers on assigned shifts
Maintain professional relationships with clients, residents, guests, and visitors
Ensure completion of daily reports, logs, and incident documentation
Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
Train, mentor, and support security personnel
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards
Address operational issues and communicate updates to staff
Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed

Qualifications

Valid Florida Class D Security License
Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Computer proficiency and report-writing ability
Reliable transportation and flexible availability
Must pass background screening and drug testing
