Aire Serv of North Central Connecticut is a locally owned business that treats our employees like family. We are looking for a full-time HVAC Technician to join our small, close-knit team. As a company, we are committed to providing quality heating and air conditioning service to Enfield, Manchester, South Windsor and the surrounding areas. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed HVAC Service Technician. Compensation will be based on experience.

Our ideal candidate will have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers, is self-motivated, thrives in fast moving environments, and is able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

Specific Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best repair or replacement options to meet their needs
Provide every customer with an excellent service experience
Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Keep company van and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Respond to after hours emergency service calls on a rotating schedule

Job Requirements:

CT HVAC license a must
CFC Certification
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Clean background check
Professional appearance

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
