Job Description
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join a premium outdoor living and landscape construction company. In this full-time role, you’ll focus exclusively on building relationships and closing deals—without the burden of managing installation or handling cold outreach. All leads are inbound or pre-qualified, and project execution is handled by an experienced internal team.

What You’ll Get
$60,000/year base salary + uncapped commission

What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home consultations and sales presentations
Follow up on leads provided by the office team
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and vision
Coordinate closely with project managers for seamless handoff after sale
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications
Qualifications
Experience in sales, preferably within outdoor living, construction, or home improvement
Understanding of landscape or hardscape construction processes
Highly personable with strong communication and organizational skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent
