As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll provide exceptional service in a clean, safe environment, ensuring Guests have unforgettable experiences. Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment.
- Greet Guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Verify that Guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
- Maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items, and provide recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from Guests at the bar in a timely manner.
- Deliver food and beverage orders within designated time frames.
- Consistently utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales.
- Set up the bar and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in ordering liquor and bar-related supplies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Food Handler Certification required.
- Applicable State Certification for Alcohol Service required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working at a full-service bar.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation.
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, kneel, reach or twist.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
