**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Ghost City Tours. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome, selling tour tickets, and assisting with merchandise sales. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests receive the best possible experience from the moment they step into our store to the moment they depart on their ghostly adventure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests as they enter the store, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

- Sell tour tickets and merchandise, utilizing strong selling skills to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Provide detailed information about our tours, including themes, schedules, and pricing, to assist guests in making informed decisions.

- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales processing.

- Assist in the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring products are displayed attractively and the store is well-maintained.

- Restock merchandise and ensure the store is tidy and organized at all times.

- Address and resolve guest queries or complaints with a positive and professional approach.

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the guest experience.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- A passion for history, the paranormal, or storytelling is a plus.

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
