Position: Experienced Insurance Agent & Financial Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
- Create customized insurance and financial plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of clients' insurance policies and financial plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an insurance agent and financial services specialist.
- Relevant licenses and certifications required (e.g., state insurance licenses, CFP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Proficiency with industry software and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial planning software.
- Advanced certifications or designations (e.g., CLU, ChFC, etc.).
