Job Description

Our Nursing personnel are responsible for assisting with daily management of medication and therapy needs for our residents. They will also perform routine nursing tasks such as administering injections, cleaning and maintaining patients rooms, and general maintenance tasks.

This position has flexibility on the days and hour depending on the needs for the facility or resident.

Position Responsiblities:

Administer medications and prescribed by the physician

Assist with physical therapy procedures as directed by physician

Conduct routine patient care activities

Communicate with patients family members regarding treatment plans, changes in status or concerns about safety

Coordinate with other professionals as needed to ensure quality of care
