As an Experience Lead, you’re the guide at the start of the journey. You welcome guests, set expectations, and create early wins that shape how the rest of their visit unfolds. If you love connecting with people, keeping experiences organized, and making moments feel intentional, this role puts you right at the heart of the guest experience.

What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and guide them through check-in with clarity and warmth
Orient guests to their “bedroom” experience and help them feel confident getting started
Ask thoughtful questions to understand guest intent and tailor guidance
Always leave guests with momentum toward their next step
Assist with phones, reservations, and event coordination
Acknowledge guests immediately and manage flow during peak moments
Bring energy, organization, and calm to a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements
Degrees or certifications are great, but not required
Strong communication skills and comfort in guest-facing roles
Able to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment
Able to work 30+ hours per week
Professional dress code during working hours
Day and evening availability, including special events
