Job Description
Site Manager
Lead all field operations on a $60M-$70M new construction project from civil works through turnover. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and daily site activities. Coordinate project execution across owners, consultants, and trade partners. Drive construction of a 130,000 SF tilt wall facility on a greenfield site. Ensure milestones, budget objectives, and project standards are achieved.

5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Proven track record delivering large-scale ground-up projects valued up to $70M. Experience within healthcare, educational, or institutional construction. Strong tilt wall construction experience required. Based locally within Miami-Dade County or surrounding area.
Up to $150,000 + benefits. Health insurance with minimal employee contribution. Cell phone, fuel card, and potential vehicle/gas allowance. Retirement plan and 2 weeks paid time off (PTO).
