CENCO Claims is seeking a dependable Residential Property Adjuster for daily field assignments throughout the Lincoln, Nebraska area. As spring storm activity ramps up across southeast Nebraska, this role offers steady residential claim volume driven by wind, hail, and early-season weather events. Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties following spring storm events

• Evaluate and document damages related to wind, hail, rain, and other covered losses

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture clear photo documentation and detailed field notes

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files from inspection through timely submission

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Xactimate

• Understanding of residential construction and common storm-related losses

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Active home state adjuster license or ability to obtain
