Daily Residential Claims Adjuster – Greater Greenville

CENCO Claims is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjuster to support residential and light commercial property claims throughout the Greenville, South Carolina area. As spring storm season approaches, we are expanding our field team to help meet the needs of policyholders and carrier partners.

This field-based opportunity offers steady claim assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced claims team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and light commercial properties for damage related to wind, hail, water, and other covered events

• Prepare clear, accurate estimates and detailed inspection reports

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier representatives

• Document losses according to carrier guidelines and industry best practices

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process

Qualifications

• Prior property adjusting experience preferred, but not required

• Experience with Xactimate, or willingness to learn estimating software

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Ability to perform field inspections, including roof access, and manage claims independently

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment

• Basic knowledge of construction or repair practices is a plus
