DANCE INSTRUCTORCLOSING DATE: Open until FilledPAY RANGE: $13.82 per hourSCHEDULE: January through MayInstructor may continue working into the Summer and Fall, if desired. DEPARTMENT: RecreationJOB SUMMARYPrepares, designs and provides dance instruction to children ages 3 to 14 years of age, depending on the dance class, in a positive and safe manner. Choreographed dance production numbers to be performed at end of session dance concerts.Paid prep time will be allowed for each class that you teach.RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSWorks well with children, youth, and staff members.Must be dependable and able to provide essential instructions.Prior dance experience is preferred.Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
