Job SummaryWe're looking for a QA Lab Technician/Data Administrator to support quality and compliance activities in our aerospace manufacturing environment. Success in this role requires the ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and ensure critical technical documentation remains compliant, controlled, and audit ready.Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyExperience maintaining records, documentation, databases, or administrative systemsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and AccessStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to workAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with quality, engineering, and operations teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in document control, records management, technical data administration, or office administrationExperience supporting audits, compliance activities, or regulated business processesBackground in manufacturing, aerospace, quality assurance, engineering, legal, healthcare, government, or other documentation-driven environmentsKnowledge of ISO, AS9100, FAA, or other regulated quality management systemsExperience working with engineering teams and senior leadership
