Job Description
Performs data collection, analysis, validation, cleansing, and reporting. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required. Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software. Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential. Must possess expert level knowledge of MS Excel.
Leverage SAP data through Power BI and Databricks to develop visually compelling, user-friendly Design & Planning dashboards that improve transparency, support business oversight, and enable data-driven decision-making.1. Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person responsible for).
a. Create dashboards and scorecards for the Design and Planning organization. The role will support additional groups including the Control Center, Trouble Group, Contracting Group, and Operations. Responsibilities include building and enhancing dashboards in Power BI, pulling data from HANA, SAP, and Salesforce, and providing visibility into timelines, productivity, workloads, efficiencies, process adherence, and overall work flow. Some dashboards will be built from scratch while others require enhancements and modifications.

a. Power BI
b. SAP
c. HANA
d. Salesforce data extraction and reporting
e. AI tools and analytics familiarity
f. SQL query experience
g. Experience building dashboards and data visualization solutions

a. The manager values aptitude over years of experience. No minimum years of experience are required. Experience building dashboards is preferred. Utility or construction industry experience is beneficial but not required.
