If you're seeking a company that values its people, takes pride in its work, and offers long-term opportunity, this is a place where you can build a fulfilling and impactful career.Job DescriptionThe Data Center Project Manager will be responsible for:Oversee procurement activities, including soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and selecting qualified subcontractors and suppliers.Lead on-site project meetings to ensure alignment between construction teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other critical project documentation.Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards through routine site inspections and adherence to specifications.Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design issues and ensure constructability.Drive project kickoff and closeout processes, ensuring thorough documentation and smooth handoff.Track project financials, analyze cost trends, and report variances proactively.Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to support efficient, uninterrupted construction workflows.Support the commissioning and turnover process for data center systems and infrastructure.Facilitate communication across disciplines to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and technical requirements.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project phases.Manage vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.Assist in developing project execution plans and construction methodologies tailored to data center requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
