As a Data Center Technician Foreman, you will guide technicians in the field, keep installation work moving, and serve as a key point of coordination between crews, project leadership, and subcontractor partners.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily crew activities on active data center construction sites.
Oversee installation tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
Assign work, monitor progress, and troubleshoot field issues for technicians.
Communicate with project managers and subcontractors to keep work on track.
Maintain site documentation, materials readiness, and adherence to job specifications.
