ECLARO’s client aims to enhance public services and promotes sustainable resource management, offering advanced solutions and services. - The Support Services Assistant will be responsible for assisting a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the following duties.
- Filing including sorting, locating, and returning files; locating information within a file; and data entry in various computer programs as directed by the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
- The Support Services Assistant will also perform other routine clerical duties (i.e. copying) as assigned.
Pay Rate: $30.00/HourResponsibilities:
- Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets)
- Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)
- Data entry
- Updating/managing daily and weekly spreadsheets
- Emailing, scanning and faxing duties
- Follow up phone calls
