Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry and Word Processing Employment Type: Contract Work Hours: 37.5 hrs./week Work site: 100% Onsite Location: 26 Center Circle, Wassaic, NY 12592 Job Duration: 4 Months Closing: 11/13/2025. Minimum Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Work Experience:

Some office experience preferred but will train the right person.

Duties to include:

Basic office equipment operation
Confirming receipt of goods and services
Invoice payments via State Financial System
Paper and electronic filing of documents
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Candidate should be adaptable, organized, and have good communication skills.

Misc. Information:

Office Hours: 8 am - 4 pm; Monday to Friday.
Parking: Free parking available at the location.
Public transportation is not available.
Interview Process: In-person interviews.
Training: Training will be provided.
