This is a 6 month contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now! Position Title:Data Entry and Word ProcessingLocation: C26 Center Circle Wassaic, NY 12592Duration:6 monthsWork Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pmResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

update and maintain department specific forms
SFS information updates and password resets
various quarterly reports
reporting and tracking of equipment distribution and maintenance
meeting minutes and notes
main line telephone coverage
monitoring Business Office mailbox and distributing all contents
oversee file storage and disposition
working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
operate postage machine daily
other duties as assigned
