Data Entry Operator (Temp-to-Hire) | Monday-Friday | $15.92/hr.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PMJob Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HireJoin Our Team!We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in processing customer and service orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards. - Accurately enter customer orders into the system
- Verify order information and ensure all required data is complete
- Review, edit, proofread, and validate orders before processing
- Generate production tickets and route orders to the next department
- Maintain workflow priorities to meet production deadlines
- Work closely with Customer Service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Support workplace organization and maintain a clean, efficient work area
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Strong data entry, typing, and keyboarding skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to read and verify small print and numerical data
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, flexible, and positive attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, internet-based systems, and data entry software preferred
