Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support backlog reduction efforts for our client. This is a temporary role focused on scanning and organizing case files while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Scan and digitize case files to support backlog reduction
Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
Ensure accuracy and quality of scanned and entered data
Perform quality checks to verify completeness and correctness of files
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Support general administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic computer skills, including file management and scanning systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Experience with quality assurance or data validation processes
Familiarity with document management systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
