Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for our client in Wassaic, NY.

Update and maintain department-specific forms and records
Complete SFS information updates and password resets
Prepare quarterly reports
Track equipment distribution and maintenance
Record and distribute meeting minutes and notes
Provide main telephone line coverage
Monitor the Business Office mailbox and distribute incoming contents
Oversee file storage, retention, and disposition
Operate the postage machine daily
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
