Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working with data, documents, and internal databases while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Print, code, and log incoming purchase requests
Process purchase requests through Grainger and Staples
Search internal databases for contract-approved items
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding purchase requests and order status
Perform data entry and document tracking activities
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
