Penmac Staffing is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for a company in the Cassville, MO area. This is a temporary position expected to last 30 to 180 days, with the possibility of a longer assignment based on business needs. Strong typing and data entry skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities

Enter data into a new database system accurately and efficiently
Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy
Identify and resolve discrepancies in records
Obtain additional information when fields are incomplete
Maintain confidentiality and security of company records
Perform general administrative and data management tasks as assigned

ScheduleThis is a full-time position with the following schedule:

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
40-minute lunch break from 11:50 AM to 12:30 PM
Paid 15-minute break from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM
Paid 15-minute break from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM

Pay and Assignment Details

$16.00 per hour
Weekly pay
Temporary assignment lasting 30-180 days
Possibility of extension based on client needs
Located in the Cassville, MO area
