As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and NATE certified company, we pride ourselves on diagnosing and performing repairs or installations correctly the first time while servicing all brands. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our design industry team. This position is essential in supporting our operational efficiency by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data related to our HVAC projects, customer information, and service records. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update customer and project data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify data for completeness and correct any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records related to HVAC design projects and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and timely entry of information.
  • Generate reports and summaries as requested by management for operational purposes.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and communication logs to support the design team.
  • Perform routine audits of data to maintain its integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position, preferably in a related industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related field is a plus.
