What You'll Do:
- Enter and update patient and medical information into our database systems
- Review records for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- Meet daily data entry quotas and accuracy targets
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of data entry or clerical experience preferred
- Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus
