Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk will support the accounting department by entering data into Microsoft Dynamics, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative duties in a fast-paced office. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hour Benefits: Excellent benefits available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, PTO, 401(k), and more. Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Enter budgets and financial information into Microsoft Dynamics
- Transfer information from Excel into Microsoft Dynamics
- Verify accuracy of entered information
- Maintain electronic records
- Assist with administrative projects
- Answer phones when needed
- Provide receptionist support as needed
- Assist accounting staff with clerical duties
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Support office operations as the company grows
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong accuracy and consistency
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with minimal errors
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous office experience preferred
- Data entry experience preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
