Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry- Flu Clinic Location: Modesto CA 95350 Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 09/21/2026 Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 16:00)Summary / Duties: The Data Entry- Flu Clinic position is an onsite, non-clinical administrative assignment for flu clinic operations in Modesto, CA. The role focuses on accurate data entry, data validation, record maintenance, and coordination of information associated with seasonal flu clinic activities. Responsibilities may include entering and reviewing data in internal systems, identifying discrepancies, maintaining logs and records, and supporting standard reporting and administrative workflows. This is not a clinical patient-care position. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality, manage changing priorities, and complete assignments accurately and on time. The position follows a Monday through Friday, 5x8 day schedule. Epic charting system experience is preferred.Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance of records.
- Experience with data coordination and administrative support workflows.
- Proficiency in Excel or a similar spreadsheet application, including basic formulas and formatting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling healthcare and patient information.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies and follow established processes for resolution.
- Ability to prioritize workload and complete assignments accurately and timely.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday on a 5x8 day schedule.
- Experience with Epic charting systems.
- Experience with healthcare data entry or quality reporting.
- Experience generating or maintaining standard reports and data logs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare administrative environment.:
