Duties

• Enter description and photos onto our auction website
• Must also be familiar with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with precision and speed
• Verify accuracy of data by cross-referencing source documents and performing quality checks
• Organize and file physical and digital records systematically for easy retrieval
• Have the ability to work efficiently to ensure all listings are entered and active on a very strict timeline

Requirements

• Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or administrative support in an office environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently
• Prior office experience involving data entry, transcription, or order processing is preferred
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
