Job Description
M-F 8a - 4p.30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break No Holiday work, Overtime or travel required No Parking ProvidedStaff would be:• Processing and organizing case files and documentation.• Performing data entry and records management functions.• Scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic and paper records.• Assisting with correspondence, mail distribution, and document preparation.• Supporting scheduling, tracking, and other routine administrative activities.• Answering and directing telephone calls from respondents, attorneys, complainants, and other parties• Assisting supervisors and investigators in their daily tasks. Experience handling confidential materials would be extremely beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with office equipment(scanners, copiers, fax machines), and proficient typing skills are preferable.
