The ideal candidate is a quick learner, works well independently, and supports multiple departments through accurate data and documentation.Requirements

Manage paperwork flowing in and out of the Production department*
Enter, update, and verify production and order data*
Scan, profile, and maintain electronic documents and records*
Research order discrepancies (e.g., missing materials) and coordinate with Inventory*
Communicate internally with Production, Inventory, and Scheduling teams*
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data*
Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned

Duties/Responsibilities

Document control and data accuracy*
Cross-department communication related to orders and materials

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong data entry and clerical skills*
High attention to detail and accuracy*
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software*
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision*
