Job Description
Data Entry Clerk $880 WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- You will
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, customers, and applicants
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems (Quote Tracker, etc.)
- Enter new jobs, RFQs, and supporting information with a high level of accuracy
- Scan, upload, organize, and maintain digital and physical records (SharePoint and filing systems)
- Prepare and distribute work orders, RFQ(Request for Quote) folders, and supporting documentation
- Match, file, archive, and store Accounts Payable documents
- Support multiple departments and assist with administrative and creative projects as needed
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
- Strong organizational, multitasking, verbal and written communication skills required
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
- Consistent and dependable attendance required
- Experience with ERP or quoting systems preferred
- Monday -Friday
- 0800-5:00 PM
