Job Description
Data Entry Clerk (Workforce Management Support)Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming requests through SharePoint or internal intake tools and track requests through completion.
- Maintain and update agent schedules, phone skills, and agent profile information within Workforce Management platforms.
- Perform data maintenance and spreadsheet management using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate approvals, denials, and status updates through Microsoft Outlook.
- Process high volumes of transactions accurately while following detailed procedures and SOPs.
- Support contact center operations by ensuring schedule and workforce data accuracy.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX, five days per week.
- Flexibility to work within the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM operating window (8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00 with a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Excel proficiency including data manipulation, spreadsheet maintenance, and file management.
- Experience using SharePoint or similar request-tracking systems.
- Experience using Outlook for internal communications.
- Ability to process high transaction volumes quickly and accurately while following established procedures
- NICE IEX experience (highly preferred).
- Experience with Workforce Management or scheduling platforms.
- Experience supporting contact center operations.
- Educational backgrounds in Information Security, Database Technologies, or related disciplines are welcomed.
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
