Job Description
Job Overview: Pay Range: $11.79hr - $16.79hr Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
- 2 4+ years of data entry or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
- File documents (physical and digital) in the correct systems.
- Create, edit, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Scan, copy, print, and organize paperwork.
- Coordinate small events, trainings, or team activities.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in systems and databases.
- Ensure data integrity and support administrative functions.
- Maintain organized and reliable records for business operations.
- Enter, update, and verify large volumes of data.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Resolve routine discrepancies and errors.
- Maintain data integrity across systems.
- Assist with reporting and data organization.
